This is an excellent Screwfix. There was an item out of stock and we couldn't get it transferred from another store. Yet the support friendly staff member said he would connect it for me as it was best his home. Can't state how appreciative I am for him to collect it for me. Super thumbs up for customer service,. Should not normally expect this in any other store

This branch may have a small area for the customers but the staff are very friendly and efficient making a trip simple, easy and quick as needed. It's nice for a place to have a working system when it relies on a catalogue ordering system. And if there's a problem returning and getting a refund isn't a terrifying battle. Overall, great place to get your hardwork-related equipment.

Staff are brilliant! I mean 150% brilliant, I can always go in and have a good chat with them all, I always had it drummed into my head that other suppliers in town are 40% cheaper than Screwfix but I've found its the other way around and I'm now finding myself in there 3 times a day, they're not trained plumbers, electricians or builders but they will try and help your situation or point you in the right direction for any issue you are in! A+
